Congratulations! You have successfully MAXIMIZED your marketing and you are on dozens of quality rental search sites. Look out the leads are coming! As they say be careful what you wish for!
What is your plan for managing all the new inbound traffic? Remember that most people searching for a rental are on a one to three week timeline! Which means that you have to be responding to phone and web inquiries within minutes in order to capture maximum attention from potential renters. Statistically, if more than an hour goes by before contact is returned to a renter, the chances of connecting with them is 50% lower. People move quickly when searching for a property and so must you!
Have you figured out how you want to funnel your traffic? Do you prefer being contacted by text message? Email? Phone? Are you o.k. with being contacted from early morning until very late into the evening? Are you ready to respond to those leads throughout the entire day?
