Contracts/Move In

Renting a home much like purchasing one is a legal process. So where did you get your contract?
Your agent has one from the MLS? Guess what?… the copyright may very well be pushing TEN years old! Find one online or at an office supply store? You live in a state with laws regulating what you can and cannot do as a knowledgeable landlord. You may want to make sure your generic version will stand up in court.
ZadPad belongs to a member only state-wide rental association that provides the most up-to-date leases to keep our investors and landlords in compliance. The board of directors, contributors and members are some of the most knowledgeable and experienced in the industry. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how much information is in these documents. Having a properly prepared contract alleviates any concerns and answers questions from all parties involved. Should you have to go to court, know beyond a reasonable doubt, that your contract will hold up in court.
